The detail
It is built for espresso first: a thick crema, milk chocolate and toasted hazelnut up front, and a clean velvet finish that carries through milk without disappearing. Run it through a cafetière or a filter and the same sweetness turns softer and rounder.
Roasted to order in Netherton in small batches, bagged the same week, and shipped with a roast date on the label, not a best-before three years out.
